Oh Yeon-joo rushes to her dad's (Oh Seong-moo) home office as soon as she hears he's returned home. She questions him about where he's been and tries to gauge if he has any knowledge about the world W existing. However, the assistant informs Yeon-joo that Seong-moo is planning to kill Kang Cheol again by an injection this time. She tries one last time to convince her dad to not kill Kang Cheol because it's murder. He finally admits that he must end the comic because the character is evil.
Suddenly, Yeon-joo transports back into W and remembers she must stop the nurse. She gets into the hospital room right in time and saves Kang Cheol's life a second time. Her actions are now creating the comics storyline and her dad can no longer control the drawings. As the cops arrive, Yeon-joo agrees to answer all of Kang Cheol's questions when he fully recovers from the original stab wounds if he helps her escape. He's intrigued by how much she seems to know about him and agrees to help her escape, but loans her a cellphone so that he can reach her.
During the 30 minutes that Yeon-joo was sitting at the bus stop figuring out how to get back home, Kang Cheol contacts her to meet up since he's released from the hospital. He picks her up in his fancy bright red sports car and tells her it's been a full two months since they last saw each other. He noticed she was still wearing the same outfit and takes her to a high-end clothing store. Yeon-joo realizes that she needs to shock his emotions for the chapter to end so she can return home. In the middle of the crowded store, she slaps him in the face. After nothing happens, she leans in and kisses him too. The to be continued text appears as she runs back into the fitting room and transports back to the real world. Kang Cheol is left in W completely confused as he rushes into the empty fitting room where she vanished. He contacts his secretary, Yoon So-hee to get rid of all the footage from the store to help protect Yeon-joo's identity.
As Kang Cheol is driving, a truck heads straight for his car but freezes right at the point of impact. With everything around him at a standstill, he manages to dodge the truck. Although the cartoonist Seong-moo drew the accident destroying Kang Cheol's car, it erased itself and redrew the car dodging the truck instead. Kang Cheol is left standing next to his car asking "'who the hell are you?'"
